I love Israel so much - The Real Israeli Team is not responding

I ordered a sweatshirt in size L - it arrived super quick but was a kids large- as I love and care about Israel so much I gave it to my daughter and purchased an XL - I am 5'10 , 150 lbs ... the xl was 3 sizes too large - clearly this was not one size larger than the large - I have been trying ever since - its been over 30 days - I have sent 5 emails - all unanswered , 30 messages every morning on the chat - once someone responded - I don't want my money back I want the proper sweatshirt- no clue why they are not responding
